1 Service description
· Car rental service provided to foreign clients with new cars and professional drivers.
· Transportation service provided to Japanese companies for managers and staffs transfer in long-term contracts.
· Car rental (airport pick up/ drop off/ car rental in Vietnam and some neighbored countries);
2 About car:
Cars are properly equipped; all significant features are in good operating conditions. All are new cars.
· Kind of car: TOYOTA CAMRY 2.4, TOYOTA ALTIS 1.8, HONDA CIVIC ( 4 seats)
· Kind of van: MERCEDES SPRINTER, FORD TRANSIT, NEW TOYOTA HIACE ( 10 to 16 seats)
If you need any special kind of car for VIP: Mercedes S500, E240, Toyota Lexus LS430, Toyota Camry 3.5 etc. please inform us, we will give the car service on your request.

3 Passenger, car and driver insurance:
All the cars are insured by Vietnam International Assurance Company - a joint venture between The Tokyo Marine and Fire Insurance Co., Ltd. (The largest general insurance company in Japan) and Vietnam Insurance Corporation (The largest insurance company in Vietnam). We insure the following fields:
· Physical damage insurance and vehicle insurance.
· Third party liability insurance: Bodily injury, property damage and aggregate.
· Personal accident insurance: Passengers and driver.
The level of insurance for passengers and drivers is from USD10, 000 to USD500, 000 depending on the guest's request.
4 Car operator team:
· English Speaking staff
· Familiar with Japanese, European and American market
· Understand deeply guest characters
· Working 24/24 hours to meet all the demands of guests.
· Professional style of working
· All confirmations are in writing.
· Meet all unscheduled demands.
5 Drivers
Drivers are well-trained, comply strictly with the laws and driving regulations and having a lot of experience with the foreign companies.

6 Payment:
· Visa, Master, American card are accepted with the bank fee of 3.0%, or Bank transfer; or
· Cash.
Price is included: Fuel, Insurance & Driver's expenses but exclude VAT
VIP car are payable per day, not depends on the starting time is morning or afternoon.
