A glance at Hue , Da Nang & Hoi An

Day 1   Hue Arrival –  Half Day City Tour

Upon arrival at the Hue airport, your driver will be waiting for you and transfer you to the hotel in Hue City. Depending on the flight’s time, you may check in your hotel first or enjoy a half-day touring Vietnam’s former ancient capital before checking in the hotel.

Start your visit at the Imperial Citadel where the Nguyen Dynasty ruled the country between 1802 and 1945. During the tour, you will learn a lot about the citadel’s ancient architecture, the history of Viet Nam’s monarchy, and the insight stories of the Nguyen Royal family.

The next visit is the iconic Lady Pagoda (Thien Mu Pagoda), constructed in 1601 with the 21-meter tall tower which is the centerpiece of the pagoda and represents seven reincarnations of Buddha.

 Continuing on, go to the Dong Ba market for a short stroll around the market with the guide to enjoy the local life with the stalls are teeming with colors.

Return to your hotel. The rest of the day is free at your leisure.

Overnight in Hue.

Day 2 Hue – Da Nang

Have breakfast at the hotel then check out of your room.

Get picked up, and transferred to the Minh Mang Tomb for a visit. Minh Mang Tomb was built in 1840 and completed in 1843 with the effort of ten thousand workers and artisans. The tomb offers a balance of nature and structures that is unmatched among tombs in Hue. This balance between landscape and buildings reveals a lot about the personality of Minh Mang Emperor and his characteristics during his reign.

After visiting the Minh Mang Tomb, you leave Hue for Danang, pass over the 500m-high Hai Van pass with several stops en route.

Upon arrival in Danang, check in at your hotel and have a rest before heading out to visit Da Nang’s highlights.

In the afternoon, You are transferred to Ngu Hanh Son (the Marble Mountain) for sightseeing, enjoy the beautiful view from the top of the mountain, visit the mysterious pagodas and the sculpturing village.

Overnight in Danang.

Day 3 Da Nang - The Golden Bridge – Hoi An

Enjoy your breakfast, then get picked up for a tour to the Ba Na Hills.

From the cable car, you can get a bird’s eye view, see the vast forests, contemplate the beauty of the dreamy Mo stream and soft Toc Tien waterfall, and a highlight in this tour is the Golden Bridge ( also called ” Hands of God”).  This bridge was built with a very special structure with 2 hands holding the bridge. From the bridge, you can see the panoramic view of Ba Na mountain. Afterward, you will have the chance to visit Linh Ung Pagoda, the highest pagoda among the three as it is located at around 1,500 meters above sea level.

After having a light lunch at your own expense, back to the cable’s cabin to go down the mountain to get transfer to Hoi An in the late afternoon.

Arrive in the sleepy riverside town Hoi An, check in your hotel. Enjoy the rest of the day free at your leisure.

Day 4 Hoi An half-day tour - Departure

Enjoy your breakfast, then get picked up for a half-day tour of the Hoi An ancient town.

Explore Hoi An ancient town including an Ancient House, Temple Bridge, Phuc Kien Temple. Hoi An also boasts some of the best silk shops, art galleries and handicraft shops in Vietnam.

Return to your hotel for refreshment then check out the hotel at noon. You are free at leisure until leaving time for the airport.

Meet your driver to transfer to Danang airport for your departure flight home.
