The My Son Sanctuary consists of a series of tower temples. These are the remains of the unique Cham culture that was present on the central coast of Vietnam in the past. They were the political and religious capital of the Champa Kingdom for that time, with spiritual origins based in Indian Hinduism.
Take a half-day tour to the World Heritage site of My Son, which dates back to the ancient Cham Empire.
Explore this cluster of abandoned and partially ruined Hindu temples constructed between the 4th and 14th centuries and dedicated to the god Shiva. My Son enjoys an enchanting setting in a lush jungle valley overlooked by Cat’s Tooth Mountain. While only approximately 20 structures have survived once at least 68 temples once stood, the intimate nature of the site surrounded by flowing streams is still enthralling.
Return to Hoi An at the end of the tour.
