Day 1 Vietnamese Cooking Class
  • Morning Class: 9:00 to 13:30

  • Afternoon Class: 15:00 to 19:00

Get picked up from your hotel to a local market.
Take a walk inside and around the market to buy ingredients, and get a fascinating glimpse into local culture as well as their daily life.
Continuing, transfer to a local restaurant to learn how to prepare and cook the real Vietnamese traditional food under the guidance of the chef.
Enjoy your cooking creation and more dishes from the chef and taste special local wines/homemade drinks whilst having your meal.
End the cooking class, and getting dropped off at your hotel.

Option 1: Hanoian Feast

BBQ Pork with Noodles and Fish Sauce (Bun Cha)
Fried Spring Rolls (Nem)
Banana Flowers Salad with Chicken/ Green Papaya Salad with Dried Beef
Vietnamese Egg Coffee

Traditional rice noodles soup with beef/chicken (Pho)

Option 3: For vegetarian

Spring roll (fresh or fried)
Tofu in Tomato Sauce
Eggplant with Ginger Sauce
