1st night: Be escorted to the railway station by NTD Travel's staff for boarding the overnight train to travel up Lao Cai Border Town.
Arrive at Lao Cai railway station in the early morning. Be picked up by your local tour guide and taken to Sapa by car.
Upon arrival Sapa, Leave the luggage in your hotel then enjoy breakfast at a local restaurant in the town.
9.00: Start trekking to Lao Chai and Ta Van villages and Muong Hoa valley. Enjoy the spectacular views of the beautiful valley towards Fansipan – the highest peak of Vietnam and Indochina. Trek through the villages of the Black H’mong ethnic minority to learn the way people weaving and embroidering their clothes. Have a break in a local restaurant for lunch then keep going down to enjoy colorful rice paddy fields and reach Ta Van village where the Dzay ethnic people inhabited.
15.00: Be picked up by private car to get back to Sapa for checking-in.
The rest of the day will be at your leisure to discover the town (Dragon Mount, Orchid garden, the market…)
Overnight in Sapa
In the morning, after having breakfast in the hotel, start your visit to Cat Cat and Sin Chai villages.
Trek through lush rice terraces towards villages, experience Black Hmong people’s daily life and traditional culture. Later on, back to your hotel to refresh and check out.
In the afternoon, take a drive to Ta Phin village (12km from Sapa) where the Red Dzao people live to learn more about the culture, custom, and their daily life. Have a good choice of buying woven and locally hand-made textile brocades. Pay a visit to one of the local families to experience the true life of the Red Dzao.
Be transferred to Lao Cai city in the late afternoon for a shower, and enjoy dinner at a restaurant close by the railway station before boarding a night train back to Hanoi.

The train arrives at Hanoi railway station in the early morning.
NTD's driver will pick you up, and escort you back to the hotel (optional).
